The Distillery Story
Founded by creative partners Kit Cheung and Joseph Cheung, Perfume Trees Gin began as a
mission to bottle the memory and terroir of Hong Kong by collaborating with local farmers and
suppliers. The project has grown into an internationally distributed brand, with production
partnerships that maintain quality while preserving the gin’s distinctive Hong Kong identity.

Your Host — Andrew Cheung (UK Distributor)
Andrew leads the UK distribution for Perfume Trees Gin, introducing the brand to discerning
bars, retailers, and spirits enthusiasts. His work has helped bring Perfume Trees Gin to notable
venues and specialist merchants in London, including a recent listing at Hedonism Wines in
Mayfair. Andrew will share the brand’s story, guide the tasting, and answer your questions.

2. Classic G&T — premium Indian tonic, citrus peel garnish.
3. Signature cocktail — a Perfume Twist showcasing Longjing and chenpi notes.
